The original photograph was taken at a Norwich animal save of a calf going to slaughter. He was being treated as a just another commodity with little value, however by painting him and adding a flower crown does that make the viewer see him differently? Worth more? I'm glad I can capture his face forever in paint to represent all those who have been murdered for someone's else's pleasure.
